BUTCHER - Holding Back The Night LP

"Debut LP from the latest project headed by Jack Control (Severed Head of State / World Burns to Death). Comparisons to WB2D are obvious, but Butcher shows a marked progression. The riffs have deeper levels of layering and melodic complexity and the songs themselves move at a faster tempo. It's shocking how much energy and melody the band fits into a two minute punk song.
